Enthalpy IT provides IT consulting services, including technology strategy, process optimization, system architecture design, and digital transformation support. Each engagement is defined individually, including scope, timelines, and deliverables agreed upon before work begins.
Payments must be made according to the agreed terms between the client and Enthalpy IT. Consulting services are typically billed based on project scope, milestones, or hourly engagement. Work may begin after an upfront payment or initial agreement. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Any changes to the agreed consulting scope, including additional analysis, implementation, or advisory services, may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, access to systems, and timely feedback required for effective consulting. Delays in communication or access may impact delivery timelines and outcomes.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the agreed deliverables, including reports, documentation, and implemented solutions. Enthalpy IT retains the right to reference completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Enthalpy IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of consulting services, including business decisions made based on provided recommendations or third-party systems and tools.
Either party may terminate the engagement in case of a material breach of agreement. Payments for completed work and delivered consulting services remain non-refundable.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
